Coconut Chia Pudding

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Wash the blackberries thoroughly under cold running water. Remove any stems or leaves. For the plums, rinse them, then slice them in half and remove the pit.

Prepare the Fruit

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the dark chocolate, stirring frequently to avoid burning. Once melted, set aside to cool slightly.

Melt the Chocolate

In a large mixing bowl, combine the blackberries, plum slices, melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and honey. Gently stir to coat the fruits with the chocolate mixture.

Combine the Ingredients

Pour in the Cabernet Sauvignon and water. Gently fold the mixture to combine all ingredients well. If desired, add leather seasoning to taste for an earthy note.

Add Liquids

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled as a gourmet dessert or alongside cheese.
