Wash and dice the fresh peaches and apricots into bite-sized pieces. Set aside in a mixing bowl.

In a large pitcher, combine the Fess Parker Riesling with the diced peaches and apricots. Add the honey, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Stir gently to mix all ingredients.

Infuse the Wine

Cover the pitcher and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
