Preparation
Muddle Mint
In a sturdy glass, add the fresh mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the leaves to release their oils without tearing them apart.
Add Lime Juice
Pour the fresh lime juice over the muddled mint leaves. This will enhance the mint flavor and prepare the base for your mocktail.
Incorporate Blueberry Syrup
Add the Blueberry Real syrup to the glass with the muddled mint and lime juice. Stir gently to combine all the flavors.
Add Ice
Fill the glass with ice cubes, about one cup, to chill the drink.
Top with Soda Water
Pour the soda water over the mixture until the glass is full. This will add a fizzy touch to your mocktail.
Garnish and Serve
Optionally, garnish with a sprig of mint or a slice of lime. Serve immediately with a straw.
