Wash and slice the green and golden apples into thin wedges. Similarly, wash and slice the white peach into thin wedges.

Prepare the Fruit

Extract fresh juice from lemon or lime using a juicer or by hand. Measure approximately 50 ml of juice for the drink.

Juicing Citrus

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced green apples, golden apples, and white peaches. Pour in the fresh citrus juice and gently stir to mix.

Combine Ingredients

Slowly pour the Prosecco into the pitcher with the fruit mixture. Stir gently to combine and preserve the fizziness.

Add Prosecco

Pour the mixture into wine glasses. Garnish each glass with a few mint leaves and, if desired, an edible flower for a decorative touch. Serve immediately and enjoy!
