1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine buttermilk, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.

In a separate bowl, mix flour and cornstarch. Remove chicken from the marinade and coat each piece in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

3. Fry the Chicken
