Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Take a rocks glass and rim it with a lime wedge. Dip the rim into a mixture of salt and chili powder to create a flavorful border.
Pour the Spirits
In a jigger, measure out 1 ounce each of Don Julio 1942, Clasé Azul, and Bozal Tobasiche mezcal. Pour each spirit into the glass in a layered fashion for a beautiful presentation.
Add Ice
Add a large ice cube to the glass to chill the spirits without diluting them too quickly.
Serving
Garnish and Serve
Garnish the drink with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy as a flight to awaken the senses.
