Preparation
Prepare the Ingredients
Wash the blackberries under cold running water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.
Juice the Lemon
Cut the lemon in half and use a citrus juicer to extract the juice into a small bowl. Strain the juice to remove any seeds or pulp.
Chop the Thyme
Remove the thyme leaves from the stem by running your fingers down the stem. Discard the stems and chop the leaves finely.
Mixing
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 cup of blackberries, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh thyme, the strained lemon juice, 2 ounces of Aplòs Calme, and 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup.
Muddle the Mixture
Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press down on the mixture in the shaker to release the juices from the blackberries and thyme. Muddle for about 20-30 seconds.
