Build the drink

Fill a large wine glass or an old-fashioned glass about three-quarters full with ice (approximately 1 cup).

Add Aperol

Pour 2 oz Aperol directly over the ice.

Add Prosecco

Slowly pour 3 oz chilled Prosecco into the glass. Pour gently to preserve carbonation.

Top with soda

Add 1 oz chilled soda water to finish — a light top to keep the drink refreshing.

Stir and garnish

Give the cocktail one or two gentle stirring strokes with a bar spoon to combine ingredients without flattening the bubbles. Garnish with one fresh orange slice on the rim or dropped into the glass.
