Berry Banana Smoothie
Creamy Chocolate Banana Shake
Fizzy Citrus Cooler (Kids Safe Soda)
Vanilla Strawberry Milk
Method
Berry Banana Smoothie
Add 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup and 1 teaspoon ground chia seeds if using.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 45–60 seconds. If too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons milk and pulse to combine.
Creamy Chocolate Banana Shake
Combine ingredients
In a blender add 1 ripe banana, 1 cup milk and 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup (or 2 tablespoons cocoa powder plus 1 tablespoon sweetener).
If using, add 1 scoop vanilla ice cream for extra creaminess and 1 teaspoon peanut butter for flavor (omit for nut-free).
Add 4 ice cubes if not using ice cream. Blend until smooth, about 30–45 seconds.
Taste and adjust sweetness. Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
Fizzy Citrus Cooler (Kids Safe Soda)
Mix juices and sweetener
In a pitcher or shaker combine 1 cup fresh orange juice, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon simple syrup. Stir to dissolve.
Fill a serving glass with 4 ice cubes, pour the juice mixture over the ice about halfway.
Top gently with 1 cup club soda or sparkling water. Stir lightly once to combine so it stays fizzy.
Garnish with 2 mint leaves if desired and serve with a fun straw.
Vanilla Strawberry Milk
Macerate strawberries
Place 1 cup hulled, sliced strawberries in a small bowl with 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional). Let sit 5–10 minutes so strawberries release juices.
In a blender or using an immersion blender, puree the macerated strawberries until smooth (leave some small bits for texture if desired).
Add 1 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the strawberry purée. Add 3 ice cubes if you want it chilled and slightly frothy.
Blend briefly until combined, about 10–15 seconds, then pour into a glass and serve immediately.
