Preparation
1. Mixing the Meatball Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
2. Forming the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Cooking the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and lightly browned.
4. Serving with Marinara Sauce
In the meantime, heat your favorite marinara sauce in a saucepan. Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the marinara sauce and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
