Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the angel hair pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Cook the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the smashed garlic cloves and cook until they are golden brown and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the garlic from the skillet and set aside.

3

Prepare the Sauce

In the same skillet, pour in the chardonnay and bring to a simmer. Let it reduce for about 5 minutes.

4

Combine the Ingredients

Add the lobster meat, chopped shrimp, and fresh spinach to the skillet. Cook until the shrimp are pink and the spinach has wilted, about 3-4 minutes.

5

Combine with Pasta

Gently toss the cooked angel hair pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6

Serve

Plate the pasta and garnish with the crispy garlic and fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
