Preparation Instructions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

2

Melt Butter and Mix Sugars

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until combined.

3

Add Eggs and Vanilla

Allow the butter and sugar mixture to cool slightly, then beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.

4

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

5

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

6

Bake

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

7

Cool and Serve

Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve warm with chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream on top.
