Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Pork Tenderloin

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and rosemary.

2

Roast the Pork

Place the seasoned pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

3

Prepare the Roasted Potatoes

Cut the potatoes into wedges. In a bowl, toss them with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet.

4

Roast the Potatoes

Place the potatoes in the oven (alongside the pork if there's space) and roast for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

5

Saute the Broccoli

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add broccoli florets, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

6

Serve

Slice the pork tenderloin and serve alongside the roasted potatoes and sautéed broccoli.
