Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Linguine

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Prepare the Sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3

Cook the Shrimp

Add the jumbo shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

4

Add Sundried Tomatoes and Spinach

Stir in the chopped sundried tomatoes and fresh spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.

5

Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced.

6

Combine with Linguine

Add the cooked linguine and capers to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

7

Serve

Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
