In a pitcher, combine 2 cups of cucumber watermelon juice with 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice and 1/4 cup of simple syrup. Stir well and serve over ice.

Cucumber Watermelon Lemonade

In a shaker, combine 1 cup of light rum, 1/2 cup of dark rum, 1/4 cup of orange juice, 1/4 cup of pineapple juice, and a splash of grenadine. Shake well and pour over ice.

Sauced Hurricane

Blend 1 cup of fresh watermelon with 1/2 cup of tequila, 1/4 cup of lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Serve chilled in a salt-rimmed glass.

Watermelon Margarita

In a copper mug, combine 1 cup of mango juice, 2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of lime juice, and a few slices of jalapeño. Top with ginger beer and stir gently.

Mango Jalapeño Mule

Chill all liquors before serving. Provide a variety of mixers and garnishes on the side for guests to customize their drinks.

Serve wines at appropriate temperatures: red wines at room temperature, white wines chilled. Provide glasses for each wine type.

Select a rotating variety of local craft beers. Chill the beers and serve in cans or glasses.
