Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Jack Daniel's Bonded, 1 oz of Romana Amaro, 0.5 oz of blood orange syrup, 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters, 0.75 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 1 large egg white.

Dry Shake

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously without ice for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.

Wet Shake

Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain

Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Honey Foam Preparation

Mix Honey Foam Ingredients

In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tbs of honey and 1 tbs of water. Stir until well mixed.

Add Egg White Powder

Add 0.5 tsp of egg white powder to the honey mixture and whisk until frothy.

Top Cocktail

Gently spoon the honey foam on top of the cocktail in the glass.
