Bottled Water (single serving)

For portable refill (optional)

Method

Bottled Water (single serving)

1

Prepare

Inspect the sealed bottled water for an intact cap and no visible contamination. If the label or seal is damaged, discard the bottle or pour into a clean container and treat as refill water.

2

Chill (optional)

If you prefer cold water, place the sealed bottle in a refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or in an ice bucket for 5–10 minutes. To chill quickly, submerge the bottle in an ice-water mixture and rotate occasionally until desired temperature is reached.

3

Open and Serve

Remove the cap by twisting counterclockwise. Pour water into a clean glass if desired. Add the optional lemon or lime wedge to the rim or drop it into the glass for light flavor. If using ice, add the ice cubes to the glass before pouring. Recap the bottle if you do not finish it and store refrigerated or in a cool place.

4

Storage and Safety

Store an opened bottle upright with the cap tightened and consume within 24–48 hours for best taste. Do not reuse single-use plastic bottles for extended periods; if the bottle becomes cracked or cloudy, transfer water to a clean reusable container.

5

Clean Bottle

Wash the reusable bottle with hot, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and let it air dry. If it has a straw or mouthpiece, disassemble and clean those parts as well.

6

Refill

Fill the clean reusable bottle with filtered tap water up to the indicated fill line (about 750 ml). Secure the cap tightly.

7

Chill and Carry

To keep water cold, pre-chill the bottle in the fridge or add a few ice cubes before sealing. Carry the bottle in an insulated sleeve or cooler for best temperature retention.
