Instructions for Sangririta

1

Prepare the Rim

If desired, rim the glasses with salt or sugar. To do this, moisten the rim of each glass with a lime wedge and then dip it into salt or sugar.

2

Mix the Sangria

In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and triple sec. Stir well to combine.

3

Add the Fruits

Add the sliced strawberries, oranges, and limes to the pitcher. Allow the mixture to sit for about 30 minutes so that the flavors can meld together.

4

Prepare the Frozen Margarita

In a blender, combine the frozen margarita mix and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.

5

Combine and Serve

To serve, fill each prepared glass halfway with the frozen margarita mixture, then top with the sangria mixture. Add a splash of soda water for some fizz and stir gently. Garnish with additional fruit slices if desired.
