Method

Cocktail

1

Prepare glass

Chill a copper mug or highball glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes, or fill it with ice to cool while you assemble ingredients.

2

Combine base

In the chilled mug or a shaker, add 2 oz Tito's Vodka, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz simple syrup.

3

Add ice

Fill the mug with crushed or cubed ice (about 1 cup).

4

Top with mixers

Pour 4 oz chilled ginger beer over the ice, then add 0.5 oz soda water to open the drink slightly and balance sweetness. Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon to combine — do not over-stir to keep the ginger beer effervescence.

Garnish & Serve

5

Garnish the cocktail with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and a sprig of fresh mint tucked into the ice. Optionally express a lime peel over the top to release oils for extra aroma.

6

Serve immediately with a short straw. Recommend one serving per mug.

Optional: Make Simple Syrup

7

Combine and dissolve

Combine 0.5 cup granulated sugar and 0.5 cup water in a small saucepan. Warm over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the liquid is clear. Do not boil vigorously.

8

Cool and store

Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature, then transfer to a sealed container. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks. Use 0.5 oz per cocktail as directed above.
