Preparation of Shrimp

1

Boil the Shrimp

In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add the lemon and lime slices to the boiling water for flavor.

2

Cook the Shrimp

Once the water is boiling, add the shrimp. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Do not overcook.

3

Cool the Shrimp

In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon of hot sauce.

5

Season the Sauce

Stir the mixture well and add salt to taste. Adjust the ingredients as necessary based on your preference for spiciness.
