Method
Preparing the Lobster
Boiling the Lobster
In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water.
Cooking the Lobster
Carefully add the lobster tails to the boiling water. Cover the pot and cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the lobster is opaque and the shells are bright red.
Removing the Meat
Once cooled, carefully crack the shells and remove the lobster meat. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
Making the Cocktail Sauce
Combining Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Mixing the Sauce
Stir the mixture until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary.
Serving
Plating the Dish
Arrange the lobster meat on a serving platter. Serve with lemon wedges on the side and a small bowl of cocktail sauce for dipping.
