In a large pot, heat 500 ml of water to 65°C (149°F). Add 100 g of malted barley and stir to combine. Let it sit for 30 minutes to extract sugars.

Prepare the Mash

After 30 minutes, bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, add 10 g of hops. Boil for an additional 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Boil the Wort

After the boil, cool the wort rapidly to about 20°C (68°F) using an immersion chiller or an ice bath.

Cool the Wort

Transfer the cooled wort into a sanitized fermentation vessel. Add 5 g of yeast and close the fermenter with an airlock. Let it ferment for 1-2 weeks at a stable temperature of around 18-22°C (64-72°F).

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, dissolve 15 g of corn sugar in a small amount of water and add it to the beer before bottling. Bottle the beer in sanitized bottles and cap them. Let them carbonate for another 1-2 weeks.
