In a medium mixing bowl, combine the smoked tuna, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Old Bay seasoning.

Using a fork or a hand mixer, blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

Chop the green onions finely and fold them into the mixture. Season with black pepper to taste.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the Old Bay seasoning until well combined.

Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on a baking sheet. Brush the melted butter mixture over the top of the crackers, ensuring they are well coated.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the crackers from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving with the chilled tuna dip.
