Prepare the Burger Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.

Cook the Patties
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet to let the cheese melt.

While the cheese is melting, lightly toast the mini burger buns in a separate pan or in the oven until golden brown.

Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the frozen French fries.

Spread the seasoned fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake according to the package instructions, usually around 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
