Method

Dip Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and let cool.

  2. 2

    Mix the Dip

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and queso dip. Stir until well blended. Fold in the cooked shrimp, crawfish tails, pickled red onions, sliced pepperoncinis, and chopped green onions. Mix until evenly distributed.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.

House Chips Directions

  1. 4

    Prepare the Chips

In a large bowl, toss tortilla chips with olive oil and season with salt. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  2. 5

    Bake the Chips

Bake the seasoned tortilla chips in the same oven as the dip for the last 10-15 minutes of baking, until they are crispy and slightly golden.
