Prepare the Oysters
Rinse the fresh oysters under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Coat the Oysters
Dredge each oyster in the flour and cornmeal mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Oysters
Carefully place the coated oysters in the hot oil, frying them in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Drain the Oysters
Once fried, remove the oysters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled feta cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Using a whisk or a fork, mix the ingredients until smooth and well-combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
