Classic Margarita

    Prepare the Glass

    Rim a chilled glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into salt.

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, and triple sec with ice. Shake well until cold.

    Serve

    Strain the mixture into the prepared glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

Mojito

    Muddle Mint and Sugar

    In a glass, muddle mint leaves with sugar and lime juice to release the oils from the mint.

    Add Rum and Mix

    Pour in the white rum and stir to dissolve the sugar.

    Add Soda and Garnish

    Fill the glass with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.

Old Fashioned

    Muddle Sugar and Bitters

    In a glass, muddle the sugar cube with Angostura bitters and a splash of water until dissolved.

    Add Whiskey and Ice

    Add bourbon or rye whiskey and a large ice cube. Stir gently to mix.

    Express the oil from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
