Season the Salmon
Rub the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning on both sides.

Prepare the Kale
Wash and dry the kale leaves. Remove stems and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add shrimp and red chili flakes, cooking for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

In a small saucepan, combine minced garlic, olive oil, chili paste, lime juice, and salt. Heat over low heat for 5-7 minutes until fragrant, stirring occasionally.
