Prepare the Steak
Take the ribeye steak out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Season the Steak
Rub the steak with olive oil, then generously coat it with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Roast the Potatoes
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and tender, turning once halfway through.

Steam the Broccoli
In a pot with a steamer basket, steam the broccoli florets for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender.

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.

Combine and Serve
In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, crumbled bacon, and cheese mixture. Stir until the broccoli is well coated. Serve warm.
