Mix Crust Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Form the Crust
Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Make sure it's evenly distributed.

Bake the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.

Add Dulce de Leche
Once the crust has cooled, spread the dulce de leche evenly over the bottom of the crust.

Arrange the sliced bananas on top of the dulce de leche, covering it completely.

In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Spread the Whipped Cream
Spread the whipped cream over the bananas, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Drizzle the brewed Beanfruit coffee over the whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if desired.
