Prepare the Butter

Prepare the cornbread mix according to package instructions.

Mix Cornbread Batter

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake according to package instructions until golden.

Bake Cornbread

Once the lobster and potatoes are cooked, drain and serve on a large platter. Serve with melted butter on the side.
