Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Cathead Honeysuckle vodka, peach schnapps, and pineapple juice. Shake well to mix.
Pour and Top
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice. Top with ginger beer.
Garnish
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a sprig of fresh mint. Optionally, add mint leaves for extra flavor.
