Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Glass
Begin by chilling an Old Fashioned glass. You can do this by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
Add Bourbon and Bitters
In a mixing glass, combine the HR premium bourbon and Angostura bitters. Stir gently to mix.
Add Ice
Remove the ice water from the Old Fashioned glass and add the large ice cube.
Strain the Mixture
Strain the bourbon and bitters mixture over the ice cube in the Old Fashioned glass.
Garnish
Express the oils from the orange peel over the cocktail by holding it over the glass and giving it a twist. Then drop the peel into the drink as a garnish.
