Preparation

1

Prepare the Glass

Begin by selecting a highball or Collins glass. Fill it with ice cubes to chill.

2

Squeeze Lemon Juice

Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon into the glass over the ice. Reserve the other half for garnish.

3

Add Gin

Pour 2 oz of Hendrick's Original Gin over the ice and lemon juice in the glass.

4

Add Tonic Water

Slowly pour 4 oz of Mediterranean tonic water into the glass, allowing it to mix gently with the gin.

5

Garnish

Thread 3 olives onto a cocktail pick and place it in the drink. Then, take a sprig of fresh rosemary and lightly slap it between your palms to release its aroma before placing it in the drink as well.

6

Final Touch

Cut a slice from the remaining lemon half and place it on the rim of the glass for an extra garnish.
