Preparing the Shrimp

1

Cook the Shrimp

In a pot of boiling water, add the fresh shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and drain.

2

Marinate the Shrimp

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp with lime juice and Tabasco sauce. Toss to coat and let marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

3

Add Aioli

After marinating, add the garlic aioli to the shrimp and mix well to ensure all shrimp are coated.

Preparing the Salad

4

Prepare Carrots

Peel the carrots and julienne them into thin strips or use a grater.

5

Prepare Cabbage

Finely chop or shred the cabbage.

6

Combine Salad Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the julienned carrots and shredded cabbage.

7

Dress the Salad

Drizzle the olive oil over the salad, season with salt and black pepper to taste, and toss everything together until well mixed.
