Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Wet Mixture

Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and honey until smooth and well blended.

Combine & Bake

Mix Wet and Dry

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add-In Ingredients

Fold in the chopped walnuts and dried cranberries into the batter.

Pour into Baking Dish

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cooling & Serving

Cool Down

Allow the dessert to cool in the baking dish for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
