Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Beef Patties

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into two equal-sized patties.

2

Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.

3

Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

4

Toast the Buns

While the cheese is melting, toast the burger buns on the grill or in a separate skillet until golden brown.

5

Assemble the Burger

Spread house burger sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and bacon if desired. Top with the other half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve the burgers hot with your choice of side.
