Base Fruit Purée (choose one fruit per serving)

Dairy & Non-dairy Add-ons (optional, charge extra)

Method

Prepare Fruit Purée

1

Clean & Chop

Wash fruits (except for maracuyá and guanábana pulp if using pre-prepared). Peel, remove seeds and membranes as appropriate, and roughly chop into 1-inch pieces. For blackberries, rinse and drain. For maracuyá, scoop pulp and strain if you prefer a seedless juice; reserve pulp if you want seeds for texture.

2

Blend Fruit

Place 1 cup of the chosen prepared fruit in a blender. Add 1 cup cold water or a handful of ice to help liquefy. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth. If the fruit is fibrous (guava, soursop), blend an extra 15–30 seconds to break down fibers.

3

Sweeten & Adjust Acidity

With the blender on low, add 1 tablespoon sugar (or simple syrup) and 1 teaspoon lime juice if using. Taste and add more sugar or lime in 1/2 teaspoon increments until balanced. Blend 5–10 seconds to incorporate.

Add Milk (optional) & Finish

4

Add Milk for Creamy Version

If customer wants milk (+$1.00), add 1/2 cup cold whole milk to the blended fruit (or 1/4 cup evaporated milk for richer flavor). For a very sweet, creamy option add 1 teaspoon sweetened condensed milk. Pulse blend 5–10 seconds until homogeneous. Do not over-blend; milk should be cold and frothy but not warmed.

5

Adjust Consistency

If juice is too thick, add up to 1/4 cup additional cold water or ice and pulse until the desired consistency is reached. If too thin, add an extra 1/4 cup fruit and blend briefly.

6

Strain (optional)

For a smooth, seedless drink (especially with lulo, maracuyá, or blackberries), pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing solids with a spoon. Discard pulp or reserve for smoothies.

Serve

7

Fill a serving glass with ice if desired. Pour the finished juice over the ice. Garnish with a lime wedge or a mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw.

8

Storage: Fresh juice is best consumed immediately. Refrigerate in a sealed container up to 24 hours; shake or stir before serving.
