Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice.
Blend
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Taste and Adjust
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or creaminess by adding more coconut cream or pineapple juice as desired.
Serving
Pour into Glass
Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass, preferably a hurricane or tall glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry on top. If desired, sprinkle coconut flakes and add a sprig of fresh mint.
