Preparation Steps
Prepare the Clarified Milk
In a saucepan, combine whole milk and a small amount of lemon juice. Heat gently until curds form. Strain through a cheesecloth to separate the curds from the whey, leaving you with clarified milk.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Plantation OFTD Rum, pineapple rum, Angostura white oak rum, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, coconut cream, and demerara syrup.
Shake with Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
Add Clarified Milk
Strain the mixture into a clean shaker and add the clarified milk. Shake gently to combine.
Serve
Strain the final mixture into a chilled glass. You can garnish with a pineapple wedge or a cherry if desired.
