Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Steak

Take the ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This helps the steak cook evenly.

2

Season the Steak

Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil, then season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F to 500°F). If using a charcoal grill, make sure the coals are very hot.

4

Grill the Steak

Place the ribeye steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

5

Add Butter and Rosemary

During the last minute of cooking, add butter and rosemary on top of the steaks. Close the grill lid to allow the butter to melt and infuse flavor.

6

Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.

7

Serve

Slice the ribeye against the grain and serve immediately. Enjoy your Maryland Ribeye!
