Winemaking Process
- 1
Harvesting Grapes
Harvest the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes at their peak ripeness, ensuring that they are free from rot and disease.
- 2
Crushing and Destemming
Carefully crush the grapes and remove the stems to prepare for fermentation.
- 3
Fermentation
Transfer the crushed grapes to a fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and water, mixing well. Allow the mixture to ferment for approximately 7-14 days, monitoring the temperature.
- 4
Pressing
After fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solid grape skins.
- 5
Aging
Transfer the wine to oak barrels for aging. Allow it to age for at least 6 months for better flavor development.
- 6
Bottling
Once aging is complete, bottle the wine and add sulfur dioxide to preserve its quality. Seal the bottles tightly.
