Method

Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Toppings

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced pork belly and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Combine the cooked pork belly and ground beef with the pepperoni slices.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and place a pizza stone or baking sheet inside to heat up.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Pizza

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border around the edges. Evenly distribute the meat mixture (pepperoni, pork belly, and ground beef) over the sauce, then sprinkle the smoked cheddar cheese on top.

  4. 4

    Bake the Pizza

Carefully transfer the pizza (with parchment) onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
