Directions

1

Prepare the Pork

In a slow cooker, combine the pork shoulder, soy sauce, gochujang, brown sugar, minced garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix well and cover. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easy to shred.

2

Shred the Pork

Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the sauce.

3

Assemble the Dish

In a serving dish, layer the shredded Korean pulled pork, followed by tomato sauce, and top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds over the top.

4

Bake

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the assembled dish for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5

Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm. Enjoy your Korean Pulled Pork!
