Prepare the Chicken Wings
Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. In a large bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the Wings
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Dip each wing into the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture to coat. Place the coated wings on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
Saucing

Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the hot wings with your choice of sauce (Buffalo, honey garlic, BBQ, sweet chili, or Korean BBQ) until evenly coated.

Serve immediately with celery sticks and your favorite dipping sauce.
