Prepare glass
Fill the tall glass with ice, leaving a little space at the top so the seltzer doesn't overflow when poured.
Add citrus and sweetener
Pour 0.5 oz fresh lime juice over the ice. If you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, add 0.25 oz simple syrup.
Pour White Claw
Open one can of White Claw (flavor of choice). Slowly pour it into the glass over the back of a spoon or down the side to preserve carbonation, filling to near the top.
Stir gently
Use a bar spoon to gently stir once or twice to incorporate the lime juice and syrup without flattening the seltzer.
Garnish and serve
Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw or sip directly.
