Method

Prep

1

Rim (optional)

If you want a sugared rim, rub a lemon wedge around the glass lip then dip the rim into a shallow plate of coarse sugar. Set the glass aside.

2

If using blueberry purée: blend 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries until smooth. If muddling: place 12 fresh blueberries in a shaker and muddle until broken down.

Mixing

3

Add the 360 Vodka, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, blueberry purée or muddled blueberries, and fresh sour mix into a cocktail shaker.

4

Dry shake (if using egg white)

If using egg white for a silky foam, add the egg white now and shake vigorously without ice for 10–15 seconds to emulsify.

5

Add ice to the shaker (about 1 cup) and shake hard for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.

6

Fine-strain the cocktail into the prepared chilled coupe or rocks glass. If you used muddled blueberries, double-strain to remove solids.

Finish & Serve

7

Garnish with a lemon wheel and skewered fresh blueberries. Optionally, express a lemon peel over the drink to add aromatic oils.

8

Serve immediately. Enjoy the balance of real blueberry and bright lemony sour notes.
