Cocktail

Fresh Sour Mix (yields ~8 oz, use 1 oz per cocktail)

Method

Fresh Sour Mix

1

Make sour mix

Combine fresh lemon juice (1/2 cup), fresh lime juice (1/4 cup), and simple syrup (3/4 cup) in a jar. Seal and shake or stir until fully combined. Chill. Use 1 oz per cocktail; store extra refrigerated up to 5 days.

Berries & Bubbles Cocktail

2

Muddle raspberries

Place 3 fresh raspberries into a cocktail shaker. Add the raspberry liqueur (1/2 oz) and gently muddle until broken down but not pureed to release juices and aroma.

3

Build and shake

Add 360 Vodka (2 oz), fresh sour mix (1 oz), and a handful of ice (about 1 cup) to the shaker with the muddled raspberries and liqueur. Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.

4

Strain

Double-strain the shaken mixture into a chilled flute or coupe glass (or a rocks glass over fresh ice if preferred) to remove seeds and pulp. Use a fine mesh strainer along with the shaker strainer for a clean pour.

5

Top with bubbles

Gently top the cocktail with Brut Champagne (about 3 oz). Pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve effervescence.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with 1 fresh raspberry on a pick and a lemon twist or wheel. Optionally drop one lightly crushed raspberry into the glass for visual appeal. Serve immediately while sparkling.
