Prep
If you don't have ready-made blueberry syrup: make a quick syrup by simmering 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries with 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar until berries break down (about 5 minutes). Strain and cool. Use 0.5 oz for the cocktail.
Build & Finish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice (about 3/4 full).
Add 2 oz Three Olives Citrus Vodka, 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice, 0.5 oz blueberry syrup, and 0.25 oz simple syrup (only if you prefer a sweeter drink) to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for about 10–12 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.
Double-strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass over the fresh ice to remove small ice shards and any pulp.
Top gently with 2 oz club soda or sparkling water to give the drink a light effervescence. Stir once lightly with a bar spoon to combine.
Drop 4–6 fresh blueberries into the drink and float a lemon wheel on the rim or inside the glass. Add a mint sprig if desired for aroma.
Serve immediately with a straw or cocktail pick for the blueberries.
