Grilled beef with onions, bell peppers, carrots, edamame, and broccoli. Served over ramen noodles in our Hawaiian glaze.
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet or grill pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the sliced beef with salt and black pepper, then add to the pan. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add sliced onions, bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add the edamame and cook for another 2 minutes.
Return the grilled beef to the pan with the vegetables. Pour in the Hawaiian glaze and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
Place the cooked ramen noodles in bowls, then top with the beef and vegetable mixture. Serve immediately.
